PILC's Consumer Survey is Quick and Easy

This year’s survey has been reduced to one page, compared to previous years in which a four-page questionnaire was mailed to consumers. While much shorter than last year’s survey, it still asks important questions that help the Center determine consumer needs and the quality of our services. PILC wants to know about overall experiences at the Center, whether services were delivered well, and if services helped people meet their needs.
The annual survey began hitting mail boxes in July when Krista Killough prepared for important responses. The new questionnaire was developed from a model prepared by the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). The shorter form is expected to be welcomed by consumers who have fewer questions to answer and may respond in greater numbers.
Krista is coordinating this year’s survey, and she is happy to assist people in completing the questionnaire. The survey is also available online at www.panhandleilc.org. All responses should be received by mid-September.
